A professional automatic end cutter (Super version) ensures quick and accurate cutting of fabrics. The cutting speed amounts to over 1 m/sec., which considerably reduces the time necessary to cut the fabric in comparison with manual cutting or using an ultrasonic cutter. What is more, it is possible to adjust the cutting length within a shorter section, which saves even more time.

RollMaster features a one-sided holding bar which cooperates with the end cutter pressure roll or extended holding strip in pneumatic version. This solution ensures numerous advantages, i.e. simplifies the machine structure, accelerates operation and makes it possible to cut even 10 mm wide strips.

The holding bar has been simplified – it lowers the costs and makes operating more efficient. In the economic version, the holding bar is operated manually; the professional version uses electromagnets or pneumatics.

In contrast to competitive machines, the fabric feeder is located under the tabletop, which saves space and ensures more convenient access to the table. Depending on your preference, you can also select the upper version of the feeder, matched to the height of the worktop. The simple spacing adjustment mechanism (3 positions) without the necessity to remove the tubes from their holders, makes it possible to use bales of different diameter.

RollMaster is built on a light but extremely rigid frame, powder-coated. The designed solutions facilitate easy assembly consisting in simply mounting elements by means of provided screws.

Intuitive, fast and convenient operation is the major priority taken into account while designing the RollMaster cutting table. All repeatable actions have been streamlined to save time. One move of an operator’s hand makes it possible to lock and change the position of the angle strip or laser extension for measuring the roller blind length. In case it is necessary to correct the fabric position, an operator may raise the holding bar by pressing a pushbutton located near the angle strip.

RollMaster is not only the cutting table. With optional accessories such as a fabric rolling machine or control frame for rolling-up correctness, production of roller blinds becomes much easier. Additional extensions can be added at any time.
